My first post on caramel

So I´m in the North of France right now, and today I bought some absolutely heavenly caramels. They are melting on my tongue like butter (I guess because they are about 50 % butter). Sitting on the beach eating away at the first little box, reading “Eat, pray, love” and “The Ecology of Commerce”, feeling the breeze and looking out to sea, I realized what a nice Caramel Bubble I am in.
